These draft terms describe acceptable use for the public proof surface and early API. They require legal review before launch.
Acceptable use
Use the product to enrich individual transaction descriptors into merchant metadata. Do not use it to process full statements, identify private people, infer sensitive personal data, or bypass privacy restrictions.
Restricted data
Do not submit card numbers, account numbers, bank credentials, full statements, emails, phone numbers, addresses, customer names, or customer PII.
Early-stage limitations
Coverage, categories, websites, and logos are not guaranteed. Low-confidence results may return warnings or omit website and logo data. No bank-grade or enterprise SLA claims are made.
